The thing we loved the most about our stay was the excellent staff of the hotel. Specially NAZMUL who cleaned our room and even made a little extra touch by designing an elephant towel and the kids loved it.He even checked if we need anything else. He was very nice and courteous and always greeted us with a warm smile. Also the Restaurant staff are great specially DILYANI,they gave us complimentary birthday cake and made my husband feel special. Also, JESSICA the healthclub/pool staff are very attentive and nice. She is very knowledgeable of her job and made our pool experience more safe and enjoyable.The staff of Ramada Ajman Beach Hotel are at par one of the best team when it comes to hospitality compared to so many other hotels we have stayed so far.
