I enjoyed access to the balcony as we also had rains in Dubai. Staff were very helpful. In particular Mr. Lutful, who was managing the rooms on my floor. The gentleman at the concierge was also very helpful.

Pool is in the basement, outside, shaded from the sun, if i you wanted or out in the sun, honestly, its one of the better pools i have seen in the Creek area, really is beautifully designed and has a falling water feel to it, really gives a relaxing feeling to the whole thing

I recently had the pleasure of staying @ Majestic and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent customer service from the hotel staff. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always attentive to my needs and were quick to respond to any requests I had. Their friendly and accommodating attitude truly made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a guest. Not only was the staff incredibly helpful and courteous, but they were also very knowledgeable about the area and were able to provide me with great recommendations for things to do and see during my stay. Their enthusiasm and passion for their jobs really shone through and added to the overall positive atmosphere of the hotel. Overall, my experience was truly outstanding and the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff was a major factor in making my stay so memorable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and I will definitely be returning in the future.
