I felt very welcomed during my stay by the friendly and generous hosts, who looked after me very well. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with a, luxurious, king-sized bed and large balcony. The breakfast was also very good. The place itself is also very interesting with lots of art and collections of artifacts. It is a bit like a museum. I thoroughly enjoyed staying there and highly recommend it. Narooma itself is a lovely place to visit and the highlight for me were the sea lions who you can see up-close on the Seal Rocks at the entrance to the inlet. You can also go snrokelling or scuba diving with sea lions with https://montagueislandtours.com.au/
That by itself is an amazing experience.

The town is a true hidden gem on the South Coast; I am honestly surprised it wasn't busier.
Bermagui Pizza Take Away had fantastic pizza, so good we had it two nights. Blue Wave Seafood seemed to be the only fish and chip shop in the area open during the Easter Weekend but it was closed for dinner Friday and Sunday which was disappointing.
There were quite a few fishing spots to try and plenty of fish biting.
The only thing that annoyed me was having to leave after only spending 3 days there.

Bermagui is a small town We only had one full day there, 2 nights, which was enough. I believe it is good for fishing if that is what you like. Very pretty. Not much to do there. But not far from Tathra if you have a car. A couple of restaurants which we would have liked to try were not open because we were there Monday/ Tuesday-they opened wed-Sun, or some nice cafes open breakfast and lunch but not dinner.

Hidden gem!
Hidden gem! We couldn’t stay long this trip, but will be back. Swam in the Bermagui Blue Pools and had a lovely time as a family on our last day of travelling down the East Coast before arriving home.

Bermagui is a lovely place and offers beaches, safe swimming places, great shops and amazing views of a working harbour and country surrounds. A new Woolworths supermarket was great to stock up for our stay.

Just a beautiful part of the East Coast!
Just a beautiful part of the East Coast! Rugged shorelines and beautiful beaches; a wonderful harbour and a great place, well-known for world class fishing. A great place for those who love the outdoors :-)
Everything about this place was fabulous. The location was right across from the marina and easy walking distance to main street area and beaches. The room was very spacious and comfortable and everything you would need was provided. The presentation of the room was a lovely surprise with gorgeous throws and cushions on the bed and the shells on the towels, very welcoming. There was even a doggie mat and bowls in the room for our furry boy. This is definitely our future go to in Bermagui
Absolutely loved this little beach house gem, right in the heart of Bermagui, within walking distance of everything you could possibly need for a comfortable holiday. The view was extra special - could almost imagine being on a tropical island - and the beds were extremely comfortable. My dogs adored all the running around space in the backyard. So pleased I was able to and booked an extra night. We'll be back for sure!
Modern, genuine upgrade to essential facilities in room as part of much larger ongoing update to whole hotel without losing proportion or details of older building.
Clean and effective housekeeping, including a great complimentary breakfast of Museli and yoghurt.
Location central to Bermagui, across street from beach and sculpture exhibition.
Effective sound reduction and air-conditioning.
The Harbourview House had a lovely open, fresh and relaxing atmosphere. We were very comfortable there. Also a great view of the Marina and only a few minutes walk to the Fishermen's Wharf for coffee and dining. Walk the opposite direction and there is a Woolworths, coffee shops and the Beach Hotel - the steak was superb!
Golf club at the end of the side street.
This is a delightful place to stay in Bermagui. My room was lovely. Very spacious, very clean and comfortable, with a lovely coastal theme. The hotel has an excellent central location in Bermagui. Katya was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.
Well set out, relaxing and warm villa with a well appointed kitchen that allowed us to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner easily for us to be self contained. Great location for a relaxing walk. Susie met us and showed us restaurants and sight seeing around Bermagui. Have recommended to friends.
Perfect spot for a few days in Bermagui. While there aren't ocean views, it is very well located to the everything. Spacious living area, well equipped kitchen with a nice covered deck overlooking the rear garden. Easy to find, easy parking. Recommended.
Simple and very well kept facility with all the basic needs. Comfortable and cosy, including cost efficiency.
Stunning views of Wallaga Lake + tranquility.
Most important of all - it was a pet friendly cabin so our dog enjoyed herself the most.
Location was fantastic - views across to the beach and a balcony. Also Beach hotel is right next door for dinner. Room was large!
Pam, the hotel manager was very helpful in outlining the local places to go.
The waterfront cabins are in the most lovely spot, it's very peaceful and quiet. It's a fantastic, safe spot for the kids to play.
The cabins are cosy and provided what we needed for our short stay.
A quiet holiday park and only a short drive to beaches and Bermagui. A comfortable drive to other coastal towns. We enjoyed our stay so much that we ended up staying for another 3 nights.
