The property is superbly set up for travelling mountain bikers. The layout of the property is brilliant and the view from the enormous deck is great. Secure bike storage, concrete bike wash down area and full laundry were great after 3 weeks on the road. While a little thing, a property with a more than adequate number of power points is also really refreshing! You can see the trailhead from the deck, so early rides are not tricky at all. All in all, a great place to stay and one I would love to return to.

The accommodation was located on the main street of Derby, close to everything we needed to get to. It is a cosy but spacious loft room that was very clean and comfortable.

Stay was great. Room was spacious, comfy bed, clean bathrooms. Room had all the basic amenities. Also nibbles for breakfast. The room is next to cute lil self aintained garden by the owner. I loved the stay. It has Thai restaurant as well.

The house was really comfortable and a 'home from home'. Beautiful location with a nice garden and a view to cows in a field over the back fence (we loved that!). Easy to get into the town. We had a lovely overnight stay.

Beautiful place to stay , the staff are super friendly and go out off their way to make you feel welcome . Food was amazingly delicious, such big meals , well worth the money . Nicely renovated pub . Clean rooms well maintained. Very comfortable, couldn’t ask fir more , close to the lavender farm only 25 mins drive
