The room was very clean & comfortable. The facilities were modern and considering it is on a main hwy it was extremely quiet. The bathroom was lovely and spacious. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Loved that it had a gym to access.

Excellent Clean Motel.
Excellent Clean Motel. Very quiet at Night facilities were 1st class. A close 6min Drive to The Seaford Beach Cafe to enjoy a great breakfast while watching the waves roll in very relaxing. Also situated close to the East Link Freeway which can join you up to Major Suburbs for Shopping such as Ringwood or a 20 min drive straight thru to Melbourne City. And if you like your horse racing & the timing is right a short drive to Cranbourne Race Track which is why we visited.

I would have used the pool but was not available first 2 days but also felt it too cold to go swimming for me. Bus out front door. Used uber sometimes as bus started too late to get me in time to where I needed to go on Sunday and public holiday.
