Everything! The comfortable cabins were a great size with excellent amenities right down to the heated floors. Food quality was exceptional with plenty of variety to choose from. Both staff and their service was outstanding (we particularly appreciated Corey who made us feel so welcomed). The views were amazing, with breakfast and sunset drinks overlooking the bay. Highly recommend! We will definitely return.

What a stunning view from the cabins, so serene. The cabins are so comfortable and everything you need for a couple of nights. We made use of the bbq and the staff have a great bbq pack ready for you with everything you need, which is a great idea. The telescopes are such a good touch given the starry nights out there are amazing.

Coles Bay is a beautiful spot to explore the stunning walks around the Hazards and Wineglass Bay. There's a small store / post office that has all the basics and more, plus a fish & chip shop and great coffee bar/restaurant. Great to stay here for a few days and explore Sleepy Bay, Cape Tourville and Wineglass Bay lookout walks. The oyster farm is also well worth a visit.
You definitely need a car to make the most of the area.

Coles Bay is just stunning and deserves more than the two...
Coles Bay is just stunning and deserves more than the two nights and one day that we had. Ideally, two full days if not more. Lots of hiking, beaching, kayaking etc. Loved it. Lucky those who own a house there!

Lovely scenic location.
Lovely scenic location. Could have stayed another day/night here. Lots of local bush walks, etc.

Easy walking trails and challenging mountain hikes Kayaking, 4WD quad bikes, wineries, excellent wildlife viewing.Icecreamery, pizzas, general suermarket, bakery, tavern.
I was very surprised at the high standard of a caravan park cabin. Was expecting something very basic, but the big comfortable bed, big high quality glass photos for decor, 2 tv sets, and everything we needed for a short stay in Coles Bay. Well placed for the beach, Main Street with shops restaurants coffee etc, and a mere few minor pets to Honeymoon Bay, Wineglass Bay trail etc. only had one night here but would be happy to return and stay longer next time.
Emily was a fantastic host, very welcoming and informative when we arrived and had the heating on ready for us. The property is gorgeous with fabulous views. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed for a short stay. The breakfast provisions were generous and it was great to see local ingredients being used. Tank water is used and I washed my hair and it felt amazing - best it had been on my trip!
Beach Apartment 2 is great for 1 or 2 couples, it is the upstairs apartment so has a great view of the bay and the Hazards. It is really well appointed and is extremely spacious. The balcony and outdoor dining table are really nice for eating and enjoying the view. Everything is there for self catering, but you need to bring most things as there is not a lot in Coles Bay.
Charming, holiday home with lovely water views from the expansive deck in a peaceful location within walking distance to Sandpiper Beach.
Great BBQ, comfortable beds, free wifi was bonus.
Easy drive to Coles Bay tourist attractions, cafes and grocery store.
Basic supplies are provided, so bring everything you need to cook unless you plan to eat out.
A beautiful place for our family to relax and unwind and explore the local area and Freycinet National Park. Stunning views from almost every room overlooking Coles Bay. The house was well set up for families, no clutter but very clean, comfortable, sunny and provided everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!
Location right on Coles Bay was beautiful. Cabin included fireplace, although it did not get cold enough to use. Well stocked kitchen with utensils, etc. Walking distance to general store, cafe etc. 5 min drive to Freycinet visitors centre and Wineglass Bay wallking trails.
Easy access to Park. Excellent breakfasts and dinners. Staff went out of their way to deal with luggage my husband left behind while loading the car. We were travelling for an additional 7 days around Tasmania and they got my bags to our final hotel destination in Hobart.
The staff were fantastic, very welcoming and informative. I can't express that enough. And they left a chocolate and sparking wine on arrival as it was my birthday - which was a super nice surprise! The stay was comfy and relatively close proximity to the main area.
Great location to explore the coast near and around Point Arthur. Fantastic view in the very best equipped place we have had on our trip in Tasmania. Better that our own home! BBQ, coffee machine and plenty of supplies and condiments. Host was very responsive.
The location was excellent with great view of the Hazards at Coles Bay, the staff were very friendly and efficient and the included breakfast was most enjoyable, with the breakfast room overlooking the fantastic view of Coles Bay
Fantastic view. Tidy accomodation and great living area, both in size and view. Very short walk to foreshore and a supermarket and take away foods. We would happily stay there again.
Location a little more remote than expected and should have picked up supplies from Bicheno rather than Coles Bay. Enjoyed the fact the house was off grid.
