Good value for money.
However there was no Soap and we had to use the dish washing detergent to wash hands.
The hot water supply was very weak in the morning when everyone was showering.

I booked with Avonlea because the rooms had an adjoining ensuite. The rooms were modest but perfect for my needs and Trudy-Ann is to be complimented for the cleanliness of them. Furthermore, she made me very welcome.

Lovely four poster bed which was very comfy, beautiful antiques throughout, great decor. Very friendly and helpful staff. The included continental breakfast was basic but adequate. The meal for our Christmas function was very nice.
