Great place to relax in the mountains. Located few minutes drive from Smolyan, and few minutes walk from a beautiful lake. Another lakes' hike is close by. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding hiking and other possible activities around. The hotel restaurant serves decent breakfast, and it is also a good choice for eating dinner. Positives:
1) The room was good but needed a bit of fixing up.
2) The food for breakfast and dinner was good, and the people working in the restaurant were really nice.
3) They let us change rooms, which was nice.
4) I didn't try the spa myself, but my friends said it was okay, they did have to tell hotel staff to turn it on and warm it up ahead of time however.
