Easy to check-in, even late in the evening around Midnight. Checkout was also seamless the following morning. The room was spacious, clean, and met all of my expectations. All in all, it was a great value.

We only stayed one night at the Central Plaza Hotel, but it was great! From the moment we entered the beautiful lobby, passing by the lively bar with live piano music, and checked in with very friendly and helpful staff, we felt completely welcome. We had requested a quiet room, and that request was met no problem. The room was large and spacious, modern and very clean. It’s a large hotel with many wonderful amenities and an excellent central location - just a 5 minute walk from the main train station, a 10 minute drive to the airport, and the buses and trams run from just outside the door. Highly recommend!

the property was beautiful, very clean and so wonderfully situated in the old city. It was close to great restaurants and the river, away from traffic. The decoration was beautiful.

This hotel is just a 6-minute walk from the Main Train Station and shopping areas of Zürich. Free WiFi is available in the entire building.

The morning and afternoon managers were extremely cooperative and very sweet and nice. The morning manager walked outside about 50 yards and showed us where to park. They went above and beyond their regular duties. They were very hospitable. The room was immaculately clean.

Loved the location - it’s literally 5 minutes from the train station, in the middle of the old town. Beautiful room, comfortable bed and pillows, beautiful bathroom with a Japanese toilet.
