Nothing - the staff was bad and the staff was unresponsive. The pictures on booking.com had nothing to do with reality the hotel is old, the rooms are not clean, the staff can’t speak English, room service is bad, bathrooms are old and disgusting. The staff say they are going to do what you asked but they don’t actually do it. I do t recommend anyone to stay there under any circumstances it has nothing to do with a 5 star hotel in my opinion.
