Our family arrived in Huadu and checked in here, what a lovely experience. The service was nothing short of impeccable, to the point where all family members said that we had to leave this review. The front desk staff were kind and helpful, especially Ms Wong and TimTim. They helped us make our taxi arrangements knowing that we're foreigners and didn't know how to use the local apps. They even helped us with a suitcase issue on the first night, and we had arrived slightly past midnight. The hotel has very clean and comfortable beds. They wanted to upgrade us to rooms with balconies but we opted for hotel breakfast instead since the central location means the lively night market will be right outside. Ms Wong even helped my elderly family members with digital payments and that was very useful information for the rest of our trip. We enjoyed ourselves so much that some family members who extended their travel days booked Atour Hotels across the country, that's the impression Ms Wong and Tim Tim gave us. A 10/10 experience.
