Stunning property. The landowners have done an amazing job at establishing a beautiful garden. We saw monkeys off of our private balcony.

Very well appointed property with pool, lounging areas and private outdoor balcony with hammocks.
Diego, the owner/manager was extremely helpful navigating my hike through Tyrona State Park. he was always available on WhatsApp and answered all my questions immediately regarding travel onward.
The staff are extremely kind and patient. The food is excellent. The room was extremely clean and smelled fresh. The sheets and towels are fresh as well. The private patio with hammock was a very nice tranquil area.

The cabana and the rooms were in a nice location. There is no ocean view and that was my contention with the owner. I should have done more of a research. They are located in the mountains, the beach is 8km away.

In general, the online description of the trail is not accurate. You are crossing a mountain range.... steep ups and downs followed by a steep down to the resort. Trails are not to U.S./Canada standards especially when one adds in the fact that horse/burrow traffic is a necessity for supplies. Hope for no precipitation.
