I'm so glad we chose Hotel Campestre Cordillera de los Andes. It was so nice to stay a bit outside of the center of Villa de Leyva. The views of the countryside from our room and really anywhere on the property are amazing! The staff was very kind, especially Arturo. Our room was huge and comfortable. We were ever super spoiled one morning and had the pool and jacuzzi to ourselves. The breakfast was also delicious. Highly recommended!

Absolutely beautiful, facilities were amazing, it is a great house built with lots of details that make you feel at home, they also had a crib for my baby and no issue with pets in there. Already thinking in booking again soon! I’ve been in Villa de Leyva several times (around 3-4x per year) and this hotel has become my favorite.

The hotel is quite lovely, combining colonial style with modern convenience. The room was large, airy and filled with light, with a lovely view over the town. Bathroom was ample and functional; wonderful water pressure and hot water. Staff were attentive and personable, always helpful. We were so pleasantly surprised to find that the free secure parking was actually in the hotel building, adjacent to the lobby. Breakfast was tasty, served in the charming open interior courtyard. We’ve been to Villa de Leyva many times but first time in the Maria Bonita. We would gladly return.

Angelica who checked us in and out gave us lots of information on things to do and how to get to those places. When we checked out and asked about buses to our next destination she looked up the schedule and when she realized it would be a long wait, offered to find us a private conductor. She even walked down to the main square to haggle with a driver to get us a good price.
Also, everything in the hotel seemed brand new, clean and beautiful. The solid wooden doors and overhead shower were high quality and the entrance was monitored and safe.
