Fantastic house in the middle of a natural reserve. Ana Mercedes was a thoughtful and kind host. Will definitely come back. If you want to be in the middle of this unique ecosystem (Paramo) this place is the best. Ah! Food was fantastic as well.

It was dark and raining when we arrived making it difficult to find using Google maps. One must drive a few hundred meters further than what Google maps shows. There is a huge sign where to turn. You cannot miss it. After you turn off the main highway, it is just a few meters on the left. The sign at the property is very small. Don't pass it. For those not familiar with the area, understand it is very rural.

What a cozy little cabin in a great location! Sitting on the porch and enjoying the country and the view of the lake was relaxing. Walking to the town center was just five minutes where you can find shops, restaurants, and things to do. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious! I would stay here again when visiting Guatavita.
