Everything was great, except some things not clear understanding such as rules for use a toilet, silence at evening time and so on.
I understand that it is local requirement, but for us it was the point to fill a bit discomfort, take in consideration that young 2 sons are not following always strict guidelines!

1. Central Location. Just right outside Koln Hansaring Station, which is one stop away from Koln Central Station. Everything is near. Major attractions, Restaurants, Shopping Area, etc.
2. Big & Spacious room. This was my first experience having such a huge hotel room in Europe in this budget category.
3. I requested a Quiet Room but I was given a corner room at the 2nd floor very close to the streets & train. Surprisingly, the sound proofing is good and I didn't hear anything outside.
4. Staff is friendly and helpful beyond expectation.
