Staff was super friendly, the cleanliness of the place isn't super clean but still acceptable, but don't expect class-A cleaning, the view is amazing if you book a lake- iew room vs garden view room, we were also offered a free upgrade to a suite while we booked a normal room, which was a nice complement. The overall experience is amazing for the price but don't expect luxury experience

stayed for one night for the first time , very bad experience with the food level . nothing to eat at diner because we just came at 9:00 PM , although they close the restaurant at 10:00 . also an extreme bad treatment from F&B Manager Ibrahim and his assistance . the office manager & relation manager tried to Handel the situation .
