The location, the calm, the facilities in general.
Two things really annoyed us. The property was described as having one twin room and one double. It didn’t! Just two rooms with single beds.
Also one of the bedroom doors was so badly hung it couldn’t be closed without a huge effort and and a great deal of noise.
I also think if you provide a coffee maker then you should also provide the pods to go in it.

Small village , no hotels but good restaurants .
If you want a short drive will take you to costa teguise and beyond .
10 minutes from Haria another village , inland with Saturday market ,
Supermarkets have sprung up around arricife , perfect for self catering .
Trip to la grandiosa well worth doing and drive to ferry 10 minutes from villa

Really enjoyed our short stay.
Really enjoyed our short stay. A lovely fishing type village, with all the amenities we needed, not for those looking for an all inc. holiday.
And you can surf, when the tides are right, from the jetty to the beach!
Peaceful and quiet, lots of locals and Spanish being spoken in the main- no problems with language at the restaurants- I preferred La Casa de La Playa on the beach to eat at.
I did not enjoy and would not recommend Restaurante los Pescaditos- they were arrogant and conceited.
Some campers parked by the beach made it feel more relaxed.
I'd go again, as I liked the peace and quiet,
Though it may be busier in summer.

Arrieta is an excellent village in the north of the Island.
Arrieta is an excellent village in the north of the Island. It has numerous excellent restaurants, it is generally very clean - although we did notice an increase in the amount of dog poo on the pavements. There are also 1 or 2 interesting clothes and holiday memorabilia shops. The beach is very clean and has bars and restaurants more or less on the beach.

A small pretty seaside village with everything for a comfortable stay - plenty of bars and restaurants serving local food and specialising in fish and the traditional 'Canary' wrinkled potatoes and trio of flavoured sauces. Good base to explore the area if you have a car - the Jameos museum (underground cavern and lake with auditorium) is recommended and the volcano visit also fascinating. Walks along the sea front and plenty of 'sea pools' with steps going in to the water to bathe. The Mojitos in the VW Camper bar are best avoided - way too sugary!
The apartment had everything you need and it was literally on the waters edge. There were sun loungers and surf boards available. A little private sandy beach within 2 mins walk, with a protected sea water enclosed swimming pool. There were 6 restaurants in the village only 5 minutes walk. 3 close at 5pm and 3 stay open until 9pm. A supermarket and some small boutique shops. Theresa is so helpful and is on 24hr call if you need her.
The location was just stunning. From the front terrace you can watch the ocean all around: the tide pool great for swimming, the beautiful Blue House, the waves crashing on the pier. The house is very cool; funky, artistic and comfortable. The bedroom we slept in was super cosy and quiet, with a nice hot shower on suite. The host we met was really friendly. Nice restaurants nearby.
The location was excellent.
Everywhere in the north of the island was within easy reach, and it wasn't far for the south either.
Arrieta has a lot of restaurants to offer, some of which were the cheapest found in the island.
The apartment was very clean and tidy.
Popping up to the roof was a great option.
The apartment is just a minute walk from the beach and very close to a supermarket. Located on one edge of the village, but Arrieta being small, everything is on short-walking distance.
The apartment is "correct" but nothing special. It was also adequately equipped for a short stay, but just that.
The view from the living room directly onto the sea was stunning. The location of the apartment was excellent, near the beach, restaurants, shop, bus stop, and anything else you might want. The kitchen was relatively well equipped for self-catering. Property manager was responsive via WhatsApp.
Very accommodating host. Super helpful with all my needs. The flat is very light and airy, I stayed alone but it would be perfect for 4 people too. Everything is very close by, shops, beach, restaurants and a nice surf shop just under the flat. Strongly recommended
Very spacious apartment. Comfortable beds, and great roof terrace. Location was good. Easy parking and close to town. 5 mins walk from supermarket and restaurants. Very quiet at night. No noise from neighbours.
We love the location and the apartment was very well equipped. Tiny but you got everything you might need for a holiday.
For me the beds were very comfy and the little balcony its an added point too!
Everything!! Location in a wonderful village, near a great beach and restaurants; the place is very well equipped and spacious and Yoanna was the best host ever
Thank you very much
It is in a good location for discovering Lanzarote and the town in itself is nice and peaceful. It has safe and plentiful parking right in front of the apartment.
