What a find. Everything was perfect! I arrived really late and yet the staff was really friendly and accommodating! The shower was fabulous, the breakfast great, and the staff helped me get to the bus station!!!

This I explained to the receptionist who asked if there was anything we needed just call them! The staff were so Friendly and really loved our dog who received treats! The hotel was definitely 4 star and facility’s looked lovely but were unable to use any for the previous reasons. The dog had his own secure play area which was a bonus. Definitely book again for September.

Excellent facilities for dog owners like us, with a separate dining area where you can dine and take your dog with you. they even have doggy dinners which were great(so my dog thought). The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We visited Pamplona and the lovely little town of Olito, one hour away, highly recommended if you have the time!
