Campanet is a very small village with the typical charm of old historic buildings and narrow alleys. Not much of tourism besides the cyclers occupying the 2 main bars on the market place between 10 am and 3 pm.

We were able to use the hotel facilities for the day before out room was ready, so we arrived at 8am, paid for an additional breakfast and then spent the morning by the pool. Dinner was great, having a bottle of wine of the veranda before heading into a lovely dinner with a table with an excellent view. The owners couldn’t do enough for us and were on hand to help if needed, even provided a welcome hamper with lots of fresh fruit, wine and traditional Majorcan dessert! The staff are super helpful, it has been beautifully renovated and the pool area is beautiful with really comfortable loungers. Also the food is AMAZING. I recommend booking an evening meal. Breakfast is also perfect with a lovely fresh selection. Room was huge. Campanet is a delightful town and just a 30 minute walk away.

The location is very peaceful and relaxing and a good base to see northen Mallorca. However, it is down a long lane and somewhat remote so you definitely need a car.
