We booked Les Tonnelles just for 1 night as a stop over on our way up through France. It was perfect for that, with easy parking right outside, friendly staff (who spoke a bit of English), great food in the small restaurant, and a comfortable room. All at a good price. The hotel is located in a small town that is convenient for leaving the A5, with a few shops, bars and restaurants etc. The room was modern, very clean and spacious. The gentleman on reception was friendly, and check-in was super quick. We ate in the restaurant in the evening which was very nice. Breakfast the next day was also very nice and good value. Good rooms and a well presented bistro type restaurant seemingly much patronised by locals. We have stayed in both the suites - eccentric and great fun, and in the standard rooms which are a decent size and well appointed. Easy access to the motorway makes it a convenient stop between the Alps and Calais.

This hotel is a very good option if you're looking for a place not too far from motorway with a bit of character. Nice, clean room, up-to-date bathroom. Decent restaurant on-site. Parking in front of hotel, off road (but not secure).
