The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast food was tasty and there was plenty of it. The price was very reasonable.

The hotel (or rather motel) has easy access to and from the highway which was our main motivation for booking it. The car park is gated and the reception is open 24h - perfect. Breakfast was very simple but included fresh baguette.
The Initial by balladins Saint-Quentin / Gauchy offers comfortable, affordable accommodations, free Wi-Fi and free on-site parking in the small town of Gauchy. It enjoys easy access to the motorway.

Clean bedsheets and good location. This hotel only for 1 night stay.

A quiet, tiny village just off the motorway with no need to double back on yourself if transiting France. A generous community, the host of the Ferme Auberge was preparing Christmas gifts for retired folk in the village when we stayed. Would be great for a get away with a car club or large group holiday in the countryside.

When we arrived in February the room was quite cold and the bedding felt a little damp. The bathroom was a bit of a challenge as the bath/shower was under the eaves of the roof and it was difficult to manouvre round the shower screen while standing in the bath.
Having said this we had an amazing evening meal which was home cooked and the breakfast was really good with home made provisions.
