It’s beautiful, clean, and I can see the efforts that the hosts put into to make their guests to feel comfortable. I especially love the kids room upstairs. My kids played and enjoyed a lot. Breakfast is wonderful too.

We booked this “hotel” during a road trip in Burgundy...

We booked this “hotel” during a road trip in Burgundy because of convenient location – it was in the same village as a palace we visited in the evening and had a short drive to an attraction we wanted to see next morning. However it was so weird that our stay was less than 1 hour long because I decided to book another hotel and leave. Here is a short summary why: - Location – it is located in the Bussy-le-Grand village. Unfortunately it is not one of those scenic Burgundian villages you see on travel photos but a hardcore one where you have nowhere to go, there are local dudes drinking wine on the sideway wearing only underwear and without a single restaurant. - “Hotel” – on photos the place looks kinda like a hotel, however in reality it is just a private house where owners are renting out rooms. AND these rooms are separated from the rest of the house with a thin curtain, so you hear everything people behind the curtain do (cooking, watching tv etc.). It gives really weird feeling like if you would be visiting some people you don’t really know instead of staying in the hotel. Owners don’t speak any English so I had to communicate with them using google translate. - Restaurant – advertisement on booking.com says there is a restaurant in the “hotel” but it is wrong! Closest restaurant in in the next village 10 minutes drive away (probably the one they show on the photo). So unless you want to have hardcore village experience find another hotel.
