I really liked how Fadel, the owner, facilitated the issue I had when I discussed it with him. He did everything he could to make it as nice as possible for me even though he was not directly responsible. This is easily a 5 star, 10/10 just for this reason. Great host!

Everything was great except for the 2 floor stairs you need to use to reach the entrance of the hotel. With bags it's quite uncomfortable. But the hotel interior is easily a 4 star Hotel.
