    Givet is a nice cute little town with a fortress on a hill, a river with enough possibilities for cycling/walking etc. Locals are friendly and it's one of my favourite starting point for travel to the south and explore the Ardennes.

    One has to be impressed with the way the owners have taken...

    One has to be impressed with the way the owners have taken an old chateau and turned it into a holiday venue. It has all the facilities you need with a great breakfast thrown in. The town itself is very pretty, wonderful to walk round with the river gently flowing past the town. Go there, it's worth the visit.

    We found a lovely Tunisian Restaurant - amazing couscous and also there were many old fortifications and ruins we would have liked to explore. There was a very nice cycle ride along the river which we only had time to do one way.

    We had a very nice two nights stay in Givet over the weekend. Great food in the local restaurants, a very warm but discreet host and a B+B that was perfect for two people, just one room in the place and exclusive access to a fully fitted kitchen for no extra charge should we were to have preferred to cook for ourselves. Lovely welcome and excellent breakfast, and if you can get there for the summer, breakfast in the garden would be divine.

    Gregory’s property was perfect for our 5 night stay in Givet. The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything one needs for a self catered stay. The rooms were spacious and everything were of excellent quality. Communication with the host was excellent. The location was perfect for exploring the Ardennes in France and Belgium. Two large supermarkets were within walking distance making it more convenient.

    The flat really conforms to the photos; nicely furnished/decorated and well equipped. 4 full bedrooms, with good beds and quiet nights. The building is located opposite a large free parking, so that is not a problem. The surrounding streets look a bit neglected, but the inside of the house is the absolute opposite. Givet itself is a nice location for a few days with friends, walks and a restaurant/drink.

    Very well located, few mins walk to the center of Givet. The "views to the garden "comes with an extra benefit, views at the river! A very pleasant walk to have along the river before or after your coffee or dinner visit. The owners are putting maximum effort to make the stay pleasant and comfortable ad that is really appreciated.

    Very comfortable room with lovely combination of old world charm and modern amenities. Excellent bathroom. Great breakfast with extensive selection of interesting sweet and savoury items along with eggs cooked to order. Enjoyable walk into Givet town, along a tarmac path next to the river - takes about 45 minutes each way.

    Room was ok, to be expected for a reasonable budget hotel. Location is nice, very close to the center and the market that we came to visit. Great fun are the swallows that have built their nests just outside of the windows.

    The room on the first floor gave a nice view on the broad, stately flowing river Meuse. Good parking facility just in front of hotel. The matras of the beds were Exceptionally GOOD, to the point that I wanted to mention it.
