St. Gilles was exceptional in every category. The staff, food and facilities were perfect. The breakfast and dinner were wonderful and the staff tried to have each meal very healthy and all natural.

Breakfast and location were great. The rooms are lovely and spotless, as are the common areas. This property is the perfect jumping off point for tours departing from Quebec Square and for exploring downtown Bayeux. There's even a post office across the street for your cards!

I live an hour away but would return just to stay here as it was relaxing, welcoming, breakfast a delight.
Bayeaux 10 mins away and surrounding area had lots of things of interest.
