Lovely setting in Beze which is a delightful village. Made us (and our dog) feel very welcome even finding a table in the bar for us when it was very full. SUPERB evening meal, highly recommended. Will happily stay again

The village of Pichanges is not a travel destination unless...
The village of Pichanges is not a travel destination unless you have friends or relatives living there. It is a very small village in a large farming area of the Burgundy and unless you go for family, a biking holiday (which would be very good to do) or possible hiking in some of the nearby woods, there are no real 'tourist" things to see or do. It is however, very convenient for a stopover when driving to southern France or Spain when your trip originates in Holland, Belgium, or middle/northern Germany. it is only about 12 km from the nearest tollway exit, and getting there is extremely easy. we have stayed in Is-sur-Tille and Beze, both nearby, and Pichanges is located just about halfway between those two towns. You could if you have Dijon as your destination, stay in Pichanges as Dijon is very nearby and easy to get to.
