It was the worst experience of our life time.
It was the worst experience of our life time. Very bad location in an isolated place .. No good restaurant to eat or only -12 options. Very shady place in an industrial area. Staff was also not very friendly.Here's the worst part - we came back to hotel at around 11:40 PM on 20th July after visiting Paris. After that somebody stole 490 euros from my mother's purse between 11:50 PM- 20th July to 11:30 AM 21st July from room no 213. This happened either when my parents were sleeping in that room (213) in the night or during the early morning hours when everyone came to room no 214 except my daughter who was still sleeping in room no 213. Even the windows of room were found to be open a day before the incident, that might be purposely done by someone. We are 200% sure if this happened at the hotel as we just found that next morning around 2: 00 PM after checking out. They didn't steal the purse, just the money from one of the inner pockets I would like this to be surveyed by IBIS management through recording of the cameras on the floor. and check who all went inside that room separately from us or any other suspicious activity. Would also be putting it on the facebook until they find the thieves and also would be reporting to Paris / area police. Thanks, Amit

The location is not near any transportation but only the bus...
The location is not near any transportation but only the bus, if that. The hotel is a rundown appartment complex that they turned into hotel rooms. From the elevator to the room has a strong chemical cleaning smell. The room has the same smell mixed with old cigarette smoke. The room is very tiny. Lamp shades are dirty and falling off. The only great thing was having a balcony to air out the smell! DO NOT STAY HERE! Strange vibes and area.

Awfull location near factories as there construction going around near hotel so no proper bus stop near by. It's gonna be a night mare. Dirty shabby hotel. Awfull breakfast. No option at all. Not even eggs. Poorest in all way. And to make it more worse horrible rude staff. Specially the lady staff in the Reception is very Awfull & rude. I wonder how she secured this Job. Ibis shattered my believe on Ibis.

The welcoming was really nice, we don't speak French but personnel there spoke to us in either English or Spanish. Room size and amenities were ok for what we needed (mostly prepare dinner and sleep). There is a nice bakery in the corner and a supermarket in the same block.

Has all the facilities you would expect. The kitchen had all the utensils so we could make breakfast or heat some grocery food. Plus I enjoyed the balcony in one of the bedroom. That was a great idea. Also you are less than 10 mn from the amenities with shops, restaurants, cafes etc. So this was a bonus.
