We stayed in the main building, in a room on the top floor and had a huge Four Poster Bed overlooking the beautiful grounds. It was very quirky and atmospheric. Really old fixtures and fittings. The Bathroom was huge with a large bath and modern fittings. Very clean. The breakfast was good and included in our room price. The small bar had comfy seats and the staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. The whole place felt very welcoming with a relaxed atmosphere in a great location. We met with family for an overnight stay and it was very enjoyable.

Everything was excellent. Friendly attentive staff. Wonderful room with comfortable bed. Extremely clean with beautiful extra touches, dressing gowns, slippers, coffee machine.
Delicious breakfast and evening meal. Walking distance to the theatre.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant had a lovely ambience with a place to sit both before and after the meal. I was disappointed to find no information in the room relating to wifi or breakfast times. Consequently we were late for breakfast but we were still served. There was a music duo playing which apparently happens once a fortnight on a Friday. I would definitely reccomend this place.

Alcester is lovely.
Alcester is lovely. I used to live there, and it was lovely to go back - good pubs, some restaurant options and good pub-food options.
Great location to explore South Warwickshire/North Cotswolds/North Worcestershire.
The Moat House, Turks Head and, a little further afield in Great Alne, the recently re-opened Mother Huff Cap offer good food options.
Panache 50 offers good Indian dining, and Amore Italian offers lovely food (try the huge calzone!).
Good coffee shops/tea rooms.

A pleasant small Warwickshire town with some interesting features, such as the church and Waitrose. A few independent shops and adequate catering facilities. Easy access to Stratford and other Warwickshire and Worcestershire tourist attractions.
Everything about our stay was fabulous. The friendly staff, a beautiful clean, modern room, with an excellent bathroom with walk-in shower. Also the room had a lovely outside terrace. One of the nicest hotel rooms we have had the pleasure in staying in. Our evening meal was truly delightful, very courteous staff and very professional, with the added bonus of watching the Swans outside the dining room, while we ate.
The whole ambience of this Hotel is perfect.
Delightful, very helpful and responsive hosts. Great location, not far from Stratford-upon-Avon and the Cotswolds (but do check out nearby Alcester, with its Roman heritage). Bijou by name and Bijou by nature, this is a cosy home-from-home. Susie and Roger have provided everything that you might need for a peaceful break.
Charming coach house - modern, well furnished and very clean. Lovely location being a short walk from the centre of Alcester and yet felt very secluded and peaceful. A good base for exploring Warwick, Stratford upon Avon and northern Cotswolds (plus various stately homes such as Ragley and Hanbury).
It is a hotel with very friendly staff in a nice location a couple of miles into the countryside north of Alcester. The room was comfortable and well-equipped. There's a convenient back door to which one is given a key so the rooms can be reached when the restaurant is closed.
Everything from check in to check out was excellent. Super friendly professional staff.
Comfortable spacious rooms.
We dined in the hotel restaurant which was also very good. Considering they were very busy with large dining parties the service we received was second to none.
Dinner was a choice from a varied menu which had something to suit all tastes. I would recommend the lamb curry.
Breakfast was full English but you could vary which items you wanted.
Tea and coffee were plentiful.
Service was very friendly and helpful.
Very well equipped kitchen area, hob, kettle, microwave, toaster with milk/tea/coffee and some juices and cereals provided. Bed was a very nice size and fit the layout of the room. Overall very clean and well kept
Really nice hotel, always a winner when you have biscuits and hot chocolate in the room :P
Outdoor area with huge parasols to keep you from burning
+ Bonus outdoor heaters for when it gets nippy at night
good breakfast all well cooked and fresh, room clean and fresh
receptionist friendly and very efficient
I left my toilet bag and it was no trouble for the hotel to arrange delivery to my home address
Fine old English style pub / inn. Comfy bed, good dinner and breakfast. Good service. Clean. Location handy for motorway, Commercial Vehicle Museum, Adam's Farm and also Cotswold Motor Museum. .
The room was clean and cosy with fantastic bathroom facilities. The overall feel of the hotel was so lovely, we definitely want to return and have dinner in the restaurant too!
