Lovely stay! Beautifully decorated room, wee bit crowded for two or I’d give it a “10.” The staff was DELIGHTFUL and very accommodating. Good breakfast!!! Would definitely recommend!

Right by the cliffs. So picturesque! Path to walk up the cliffs. Close to ferry and train station.

As I have a mobility scooter we were relocated to a ground floor room. This, for obvious reasons, was not the executive room for which I had paid. Also, we did not get the continental breakfast for which I had paid, at £6 per person per night. So, I reckon we are due a partial refund. I have to say, however, that John was superb and a credit to the hotel. He helped me get my scooter in and out of the hotel, as all entrances had steps.

The room was spacious light and warm. Tea coffee and hot chocolate available. Bathroom was spacious a nice big shelf to put things on nice and warm.
