The general ambience and atmosphere. The food was good and the bar had a good choice of beers. The person who checked me in was helpful in that he locked my bike securely in the cellar.

The owners and their staff know their business very well, and work hard to present a very high standard (e.g., great breakfasts!). The building is a converted church, and retains some characterful features from its previous use. Location is a short walk to the bars and restaurants in the town.
