So cute! The house is amazingly charming and beds were so cozy. The garden is beautiful! We hoped for nice weather so we could take advantage of such a charming space.

Breakfast and dinner was great, plenty of choices, well presented and very tasty.
Room was comfortable and clean and had all that we needed.
Nice grounds and in a quiet location, although close enough to Canterbury for a quick drive.
The staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating - nothing was an issue for them.
Would recommend this to others. If we go again, I would ask to stay in the newer part.

The property was lovely and clean, and the room nice and quaint. Continental breakfast was what I expected, enjoyed it! Location was absolutely perfect - right in the middle of everything, restaurants and bars nearby, and a short walk from the cathedral.
