my husband and i enjoyed our stay at applebys guest house--our room was comfortable and beautifully decorated in soft soothing colors with a seaside theme which was so appropriate for this location--our host carole was very kind and extremely helpful to us plus she prepared delicious breakfasts each day--we are so fortunate to have happened upon the listing for applebys guest house on booking.com--as i said to carole when we were leaving "i wish we had planned to stay longer"

The location was central and on a quiet street. Claire was quick to respond and chat with me. The room was quaint and well kept. The breakfast room was lovely too.

The bedroom was spotless with a deep luxury mattress on the bed with crisp, white linen bedding. Hot water, new towels & filled product dispensers in the en-suite shower. Iron & iron board available in the room for guests to use
