Check in was quick and easy, on site parking was right by the door and the pod was clean and cosy. Everything you could need was readily available and the location was perfect. Quite and peaceful grounds but only a short walk or drive to the local attractions. Loved our regular duck visitors and watching the hares come out at night! Thank you for a wonderful few days!

Chapel St Leonards is a quieter holiday option - with Skegness 5mins drive away or 30mins walk by the sea . The area is very flat - easy walking . Anderby creek is reached by a nice beach walk - seals swim by regularly, wading and sea birds to be seen. The North Sea observatory is an ideal viewpoint ,informative and a well stocked cafe. Ideal for dogs and children - the beach slopes but reveals a flat sandy beach when the tide goes out - ideal for playing in the sea .

Nice little town, with plenty to do just needs a few more gift shops and grocery shops like a Tesco express or Morrisons express. Lots of eateries and places to drink Needs more attention to the beach BUT is a good size

We like the caravan park, staff lovely and happy to help. Very close to the beach, if you like a drink there is a bar on the side of the beach. There is a pub where you can eat on the corner of the site and takeaways too.

Chapel St Leonards is a great in between location to stay not far from Mablethorpe, Ingoldmells or Skegness. Has great bus routes. Lovely clean beaches.. As long as you take your rubbish home with you x Garden Centre, Strawberry picking in season, Car boot sales easily accessible. Plenty of Tat/ Souvenir Shops. Great All Rounder Place to stay. Only Down side.. Not many if any food places have vegetables on the menu's except Sunday Roasts, unless you like peas. / side salad.

Everything! The chalet has been refurbished to a high spec with everything that you need and more. All linen and towels are provided and the high quality huge TV with SKYtv is a bonus for chilling in the evening. The holiday park itself is lovely, clean and quiet and in a prime location for getting around that part of the east coast. There are a range of local amenities on the doorstep and the beach front is just 5 minutes walk away. All in all, a great 5 day staycation, in a lovely little place, in a fantastic little chalet.

The property was lovely, clean and homely, had everything could possibly require during our stay. The owner was fab with details on location and answering any enquiries. Literally a couple of minute walk to the beach, the site was quiet and the veranda was lovely to sit and relax. We didn’t explore much so don’t know about pool or anything however loved that the shop/ pubs were dog friendly even though we sat outside because we had lovely weather.

This place was really nice, clean, specious, quiet, just what we needed for a holiday with a dog. The garden is really big and private, perfect for dogs. The house is well equipped with kitchen stuff and the bathroom has shampoos, conditioners, bath wash etc. Beds are pretty comfy. I loved the house and the village and enjoyed the weekend away all together. I will be back.

Love this location and Lincolnshire weather never lets us down over the years. The granchildren loved the play park and the quieter nature of the park was advantageous for them whilst the facilities close were good. The owner of teh caravan was always on hand for any issues or information to call her and that was most reassuring.

Loved our stay at Tessa’s caravan. The van was clean, tidy and easy to get to and had everything we needed for our short stay. The caravan park was ideal, the pub on site was cheap and always had tables free and there was also a private entrance to the beach. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks a lot!

Working in mental health takes its toll, so we were needing a restful break which we weren't disappointed with. Dog friendly actually means dog friendly, they are welcome everywhere. Janet and Julie were so friendly and accommodating and we will definitely return.
