The hospitality of the owner was outstanding. The place was nice and comfortable with an interesting history. The food was AMAZING! we enjoyed the pizza, chicken fingers and soup of the day which was tomato; then the breakfast was AMAZING too, with French toast, scrambled and over easy eggs

Breakfast was an option, but we opted instead to use the communal refrigerator and eat a cold breakfast that we purchased at the nearby market. We were offered the use of the area for dinner if we had wanted to get takeaway. That type of flexibility is nice when you have been traveling for a while.

The apartment truly was home away from home. Everything was very lovingly prepared and arranged. We loved to have good cooking ware. Lovely historic property in the country. People that run this B&B are wonderful hosts. The property is situated on several hundred acres and has a historic castle and riverfront access. The rooms were well appointed and the breakfast was excellent! I hope to come back again in the future and fish on this delightful property.
