The room was nice and well catered. The pub/restaurant had a very nice atmosphere and decent drinks and food options. The staff were friendly. The car park was more than big enough.

I took pictures First thing I do is check under the duvet and bedsheets. Black long hair under the bedsheets. So bedsheets not changed or cleaned at all. I'd love to show you the photos. Wasn't impressed.

Very happy with my full English breakfast, nicely cooked and tasty, as much tea and toast as I wanted, with a good range of jams and marmalade. I had the biggest, and very spacious bedroom with a nice view, comfortable bed, hot radiator, TV with access to Netflix etc, good Wifi in both room and downstairs in the pub. Shared shower and toilet, was clean, with piping hot water. Free parking in the car park behind the pub. I had very friendly conversations with both the landlord and staff, and was made very welcome. I'd come back again.
