Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful and lots of lovely areas both indoors and outdoors to sit and relax. We saw deer and rabbits around the grounds. The staff were very pleasant. The breakfast options were good.

The rooms are interesting conversions which have made what was a pub into what is really a very pleasant small hotel. You could make your own selection from a list for breakfast which was then cooked fresh for you. It also has a pub. It is called The Railway Inn at Culham and so was very close to the railway which was very useful for me as I was catching a train there to go to Oxford. Didcot Parkway station is just a couple os stops away in the other direction.
