Quiet location set back from the road. Cozy bedroom with good quality linen and towels, excellent bathroom and comfortable bed. Convenient location with off street parking. I would stay here again.

The Old Mill is a beautiful home that has been decorated with exceptional taste! The bedrooms are spacious and beautiful. The hosts are friendly and very helpful, answering questions about the area. We walked St Cuthbert’s Way and Peter answered many of our questions about the path and local birds, etc. Breakfast was a delight in the sunroom with views of their flower garden. Beautiful calming classical guitar played as we ate a delicious breakfast!

The views were lovely, there are no shops near,other than Wooler 10 minutes drive . The welcome was really lovely .The lane driving to the cottage is unlit and a sat nav is handy as no sign for cottage . Countryside is amazing .
