The room was very comfortable with a balcony which had a lovely view over rolling countryside and the sea was visible in the distance on a clear day. Breakfasts were well cooked and even smaller breakfasts were quite large. The host was very friendly and informative.

The location was very good, short drive to everything we wanted to visit. We didn't have a chance to explore Helston itself though. The house was very clean on arrival, everything was well organized and we could find everything we needed inside. The house was also pre-heated to the comfortable temperature for our arrival. The kitchen also had everything, even tea bags. We couldn't find the sault, but we didn't expect it to be there. The host was very responsive and welcoming, we exchanged messages here on booking.com Loved our experience, will certainly recommend staying there.

The location is very good, though a bit tricky to navigate with the tiny road. It was cool to stay in a converted old mill. Pretty surroundings. Nice host.

It is a great location in the center, 6 min away from Kynance Cove. The helicopter was cosy and warm. When it is windy, it feels like you are being calmed down by the helicopter movement. The hosts are great, love the Ukrainian flag greeting me. The breakfast was yummy and I had plenty of choices being a vegetarian. The shower and toilet were clean.

Helston has a long history, interesting shops and is a good starting point for visiting beaches, geology and ice cream!Since the by-pass, the town centre is safer! Big Salisbury's, Lidl. Access to the Lizard, Porthleven, Praa sands Kynance Cove all within 20 minutes travel.
I stayed at the Premier Inn with its restaurant, car park and spacious room.

The quietude of the space was so right for me. Lizard Peninsula easy to get to and only took a few minutes.
I loved the Llamas and donkey pottering around the site.
Because the property had a balcony and good outdoor furniture. I could sit there and view the sea in the background.

I have visited Helston many times and find that the town is suffering from the results of the pandemic and its affect on local businesses. Having said that the area around is still full of interesting places to visit and nice people.

Helston as a town has been left behind. In poor shape.
Helston as a town has been left behind. In poor shape. However, the surrounding area is wonderful. Porthleven, small but very friendly and welcoming.
Location ideal for exploring the St Ives, Penzance, St Michael's Mount, and the coast from Porthleven round to Falmouth. Wonderful memories 💖. Thank you.
The cottage was beautifully restored and had a very nice interior. It had everything you would need for an extended stay to enjoy the surrounding area. It was picturesque and in a quiet location. The host provided a very informative email detailing things to do, see, and places to eat. We enjoyed his recommendation of the Helston Meadery on Wendron St. It was a short 12 minute walk to the town center. The hiking path across the small bridge nearby was quite enjoyable as well. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay.
Almost everything was exceptional. June was kind enough to upgrade our room which came with a balcony and lovely views of sunset in the evening. Breakfast was really good, Wi-Fi was good, our room was clean and modernly furnished, but what impressed us the most was how covid-19 safe the provisions were.
June was very friendly and explained everything through out. She was incredibly kind and asked us multiple times if there was something that we needed.
very clean. dining room overlooked the countryside and was decorated very nicely. spacious and nicely laid out. beds were very comfortable and our room Cadgwith was roomy and double aspect. two of the other rooms had balconies. the swimming pool was a good temperature and very nice for a swim. although a couple of miles out of helston it was perfectly placed for visiting highlights in Cornwall all under less than an hour and. any within 40 minutes or so.
The whole B&B is very bright and cheerful! It is very well furnished and maintained including the very large common rooms. Easy parking and the Tony’s bar next door was relaxing and very convenient. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were amazing and there was something for everyone’s taste. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Cornwall.
Location was perfect for exploring the whole of Cornwall and was very close to the main routes around. Good local facilities in the nearby town and lots of products provided for us on our arrival to help with our stay.
Heather and Rob were very friendly and were always there to support where needed.
We love the Helston area and the views from the property were fantastic.
The property was located very close to the centre of Helston, but it was very quiet and has ample parking. It was very clean and fresh smelling on arrival and good comms from Jason. It is great location with a lot to do in the immediate area, or for exploring the rest of South Cornwall. I would highly recommend.
Friendly and welcoming staff even though we did a very last minute booking.
Genuinely dog friendly and relaxed.
Both Dinner and Breakfast were good.
Great facilities in the room - kettle with beverages, water, lovely soaps etc in bathroom, hair dryer. We could also control the temperature within the room.
The host was exceptionally welcoming and down to earth which was preferred. The rooms were amazing and. bed was very comfortable. The
pillows were the best iv felt in a any hotel/b and b in a long time. The level of comfort as a whole was to a high standard.
I liked the location very central in Helston, a beautiful town.
Great idea to convert the mill, has some charm but needs more maintenance.
The living room was spacious and the host left us everything we needed including a very well equipped kitchen.
The booking was made for our grown-up children so that they can be close to the cottage we rented. They had a wonderful time, breakfast was very good with service. Our children emphasized the kindness and friendliness of hosts.
Sarah was extremely welcoming and it was a pleasure staying in her bed'n' breakfast hotel. The parking place is right in front of the house, which ist convenient. The room was above Sarah's living room and it was cosy.
Lots of room. Quiet area in death end street. Beautiful walk along side small river starting at the house. Just a few minutes walk to the center of Helston.
