The quality and facilities of this accommodation are fantastic. Lots of attention to detail with personal touches. A luxury, cosy cottage set within secure, private grounds next to the owners house in the village of Horsham St. Faith. The local pub and restaurant, The Black Swan is a twelve minute walk away and serves lovely food throughout the day. They hotel emailed me the night before my stay to say I wasn’t able to stay. They said it wasn’t their problem and that I wasn’t getting a refund as it wasn’t that much and I shouldn’t be so desperate for money. I asked countless times for a refund and the owner was rude, unhelpful and always refused my request.AAnonymous
