No 1 Ramageton, hotel in Hurlford

11 miles from Ayr Racecourse in Hurlford, No 1 Ramageton features accommodations with access to beauty services.

We stayed in the Bothy, which is lovely. The estate is stunning, very secluded and the ideal location for a quiet week in nature. We have loved Ayrshire, the coast is a well-kept secret and there are plenty of places to see inland too, Dumfries House being a highlight.

The location of the property provided easy access to major tourist attractions and routes, Parking was provided and the staff around the property were very friendly and helpful. The quality of the property, decor, equipment and facilities were excellent. The welcome pack of of eggs, milk, fruit juice, butter, jam, tea, coffee and delicious chocolates was a lovely touch. Very quiet and peaceful area.

Very quiet and peaceful area. Only about 15 mins drive away from Troon and Ayr. Both have lovely big sandy beaches. Great for walking the dog. As we have a dog we are a bit limited to where we can eat out. We had breakfast out every morning at Lido in Troon. They have a covered area outside the front of the restaurant with 6 small tables where you can sit with dogs. Excellent choice of food and very good service.
