The property was spotless and a great size/price/location. Check-in and Check-out was very easy. Lots of bits available for use in the kitchen, comfortable beds (bar the sofa bed). We were using the property for a wedding down the road with our two small children and had a great stay. We would stay here again.

We had a great stay; staffs were nice and very helpful; room was clean, bathroom was small but the bath tub was new, shower head work well, hot water came quick. Breakfast had varieties. We has to leave for the airport before breakfast time and the manager was nice enough to provide us with a to-go box of warm croissant and apples.

The location is excellent - a 3 min walk from Hyde Park. We had dinner at a nice pub around the corner, The Swan. There are other restaurants in the area and it is a 10 min walk from Paddington Station.
Warm friendly host, gr8 location, clean spacious guest room so relaxing to. Great shower/wash facilities, would highly recommended a stay so what are you waiting? don't delay, book 2day. U won't be disappointed.
