Arrived far later than expected, in the middle of the night. Very friendly night porter received us (came out of the hotel to meet us with light), also day staff very friendly! Room very clean, great shower, nice bed - really very good hotel. Breakfast was very nice - I ordered a small welsh breakfast and it was indeed small, but delicious.

Probably the nicest place we stayed on our whole trip. So lovely to have space for us to go for walks and try to coax the sheep over to say hello, after being in the car for a while. We stayed in the Swinburne and Prince Charles rooms which were so quiet. Lovely comfy beds and fabulous breakfast. Also great spots to sit and read or relax around the house.Would highly recommend this place!

We stopped for a night away was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Staff were super friendly, room was clean and modern, bed was very comfy and the food for dinner and breakfast was faultless. Safe to say we will be recommending to all our family and friends and will be returning.

Cottage is deceptively large when looking from the outside, it seems to go on forever. The beds were super comfortable and all the bedding was excellent. The kitchen is brand new and had everything we would need from a utensils perspective.
It feels very homely and although we were only staying one night, it would be a good base for additional nights.
The host had left a heater on for us which took some of the chill out the house which was appreciated.
