Melaney goes over and above what you would expect from a B&B. The little extras like the daily top ups of tea bags and coffee sachets, plus bisciits and fresh milk in the refrigerator were most welcome and appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the whole room was well appointed, even with a fan, which was useful as the weather was great too.
The breakfast menu had a good choice and the Full English was cooked excellently. The building is right opposite the beach and we had no problems with parking. There is a nice little lounge attached to the breakfast room with a large screen tv, although the one in the room was plenty for us, plus a well filled bookcase and comfy seating. It is only a short walk to the town centre and the wide choice of restaurants, with some good gastro pubs on thd quayside. We had a good time and will definitely stay there when we visit Weymouth again.

Mike the owner is a very nice and helpful man. He upgraded us to a room with more than one bed as he had space. The room was comfy, warm, good shower and had a kettle/tea. No breakfast option anymore makes this a cheaper place to stay than most. Good pub (The Park) just down the road for dinner and they are child friendly.
