the breakfast was for for a king, with fresh fruit, yoghurt, locally made honey and marmalade, cereals, cooked breakfast.
Looking forward to hopefully staying there later in the year.

The rest is on the corner of two country roads. Very little traffic to disturb your stay. But plenty of birdlife some of which could be seen in the garden and parking area. These are country roads that are appropriately narrow, so drive carefully, as although there won't be much traffic you will need to spot passing places just in case. The nearest village centre was Loddon with a good selection of take-aways and a fine restaurant in the Swan. The Reedham Ferry isn't far away and is the only remaining ferry in Norfolk. The Ferry in is a charming character pub with a good selection of beers and an attractive menu. Good place to go for lunch and sit outside watching the boats sail past.
