We booked a treat as have two birthdays in December. My husband, me and my son stayed at the hotel and enjoyed the reserve.
Customer service was really good and the room we had was just lovely, very clean and the most amazing bath that you could lie down in - a bonus for tall people!
We had breakfast included as part of our package and it was delicious.
As part of the stay, we had entry to the reserve on the day of check in and also on the day of check out - you could choose Howlett's if you wanted instead - the use of a golf buggy during our stay and an included safari ride.
We took advantage of the black Friday deal and got up close and personal to a rather gorgeous rhino - the keeper was so knowledgeable and friendly and clearly enjoyed his interaction with the animals.
All in all an amazing experience and we would love to go back.

We arrived on a busy bank holiday weekend, the staff were exceptionally helpful. Particular mention and our thanks must go to George, the manager and Tom. The breakfast team were also great, getting us served quickly so we could be on time for our chunnel departure. Many thanks, l don't usually submit reviews, but this deserved the effort.
The Ashford International Hotel is just minutes from the M20 and the Eurostar connection. Rooms have flat-screen TVs, and the hotel also features a restaurant, pool and hot tub.

Meal was well cooked, well presented and very tasty. The rcommended wine went well with our steaks.
