We paid for accommodation and Dinner and a cooked breakfast
The first night Dinner was between 7pm and 8pm the second night 6pm and 7pm which we only found out by accident. Some other guests arrived at 7.00pm and were turned away.
Breakfast was good on the first morning and the dining room was shut on the second morning it was said there was continental breakfast, but it was very poor. The excuse was as there was no coach tours booked in they didn't supply breakfast to the remaining guests.

We stayed in the Bothy, which is lovely. The estate is stunning, very secluded and the ideal location for a quiet week in nature. We have loved Ayrshire, the coast is a well-kept secret and there are plenty of places to see inland too, Dumfries House being a highlight.
