On check in staff were not very helpful just gave us the key and that was it no information on breakfast etc. Soon as we walked in the room it had a funny smell to it. Only one Bath towel provided. At breakfast no staff about to ask where to go what to do etc.JessUnited Kingdom

Lady who works breakfasts is just lovely and remembers me from past stays. She looks after all the guests as if they are VIPs. Food continues to please, and when some hotels have reduced menus due to COVID-19 the Stallingborough Grange continues to offer a good choice.

My first choice is Stallingborough Grange as it has electric car charger, the staff are always very pleasant, the hotel itself is clean and tidy and all this falls within a reasonable pricing structure.

There was a wedding taking place, so expected some noise, but wedding in a lovely separate building so not disturbed at all!
