Location was absolutely ideal for us. Room (first floor to the left of entrance) was spacious and with view of trees and driveway.
Hot tub was lovely (although the jets aren't at all strong enough).

It was definitely an ancient property, as the rooms were complete with beams and sloping walls. However, the bathrooms were updated to modern standards, with great showers and bathrobes! The pub and restaurant were very good, and featured an excellent breakfast. Well-located for several sights in the area, and ample free parking .
