The hotel state on their website that there is free parking. This is untrue. The free parking is roadside anywhere up the street. Being a female and pensioner, arriving in the dark there was no where to park. I drove around several streets. Eventually I parked on double yellow lines and asked at the hotel in case I had missed the parking area and the response was that guests need to park in the street. I told them that I would be unable to stay due to safety and the response back was extremely unsupportive.

The location is amazing if you're attending an event at the stadium. The room was a really good size with 2 double beds. It was very quiet and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
Good location, on the river which is lovely. Good open spaces for walking. Good transport links.

THere are quite a few nice places to drink and eat, lovely by the river but remember mosquito spray! Parking can be tricky in certain areas but you will eventually find somewhere without double yellow lines, unless yoru hotel comes with parking!

Fantastic location on Thames Street, Sunbury on Thames, just 2 minutes walk from the River Thames. Quiet location - a village-like feeling, with a choice of facilities nearby. Good bar area with outside seating, although the tables are adjacent to the main road. The marvelous Sunbury Memorial Gardens 5 minutes away. Good breakfast included in the price.
Property offered good value for money with a great breakfast, the parking although not on site was available on the street for no charge or restrictions, there is a couple of small riverside walks very close to the hotel, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Kingston but close enough to Hampton Court and over local attractions.
This small hotel was a wonderful discovery. I traveled alone for work and found this little hotel to be clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with different warm and cold options. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I also had dinner at the pub of the hotel, everything was delicious.
The staff was so helpful and friendly. They gave us great recommendations for getting into London for a day and how best to get to the airport. Having a pub right there made it easy for meal time and the food was really good. Having a fan in the room was a plus.
Clean & cosy room. Spacious. Quiet, great shower & big soft bed..Private entrance to hotel stay. Food & service is great. Staff friendly, polite & welcoming. The location is stunning along the river. I would come back again & again. Great value for money.
The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming from the off, and we were delighted with both our rooms and the service, options, and food in the restaurant. The cooked breakfast options were imaginative.
The hotel had on street unrestricted parking and was a 20 minute walk from the train station. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the eggs Benedict ar breakfast was anazing
