I was unable to check in as the front door was closed and locked, despite the confirmation that check in was available until 10pm. There was no answer to any of my phone calls and messages until the next day, when I had already had to source and pay for alternative accommodation, late at night in an unfamiliar city. The Greenwich Rooms have refused to refund the money they took for a service they did not provide and do not engage with messages requesting further information. Terrible service - avoid at all costs.

Lovely personal welcome to a really charming old English pub with rooms. The landlady couldn't do enough for us. The room was beautiful and very comfortable for 3 people. She was especially accommodating about our early start the following morning and left us out some breakfast to take away with us to eat later which we really appreciated
